Cancellation
Canceling a Reservation
Guests who wish to cancel their reservation are required to follow different procedures depending on how the reservation was made.
Guests who have made their reservation via an online travel agency (OTA) like Booking.com, Expedia or Agoda are able to cancel their booking by themselves in case they fulfill each OTA's respective conditions. Please access the management screen for your reservation through each OTA's website or smartphone application and conduct the cancellation procedure by yourself.
Regarding guests who have booked their stay with us directly, please read our cancellation policy carefully and contact us via e-mail or phone if you wish to cancel your booking.
We will conduct the cancellation procedure once we have received notification of your cancellation request, but please note that in case there are any fees associated with your cancellation, we will send an access link to an online invoice that can be paid by credit card to an e-mail address of your choice. Please review the contents of the invoice and complete the payment of your cancellation fee until the specified due date.
If we are unable to confirm your payment, it is possible that we will contact you via e-mail, SMS or phone to inquire about your payment.
Cancellation Policy
The following policies regarding cancellations will be applied to all direct (non-OTA) bookings, so please make sure to carefully review their content before making your reservation.

Free Cancellation Period: Bookings can be canceled free of charge until 7 days before arrival (i.e., until 11:59 pm on the day before).

Standard Cancellation Fee: Bookings that are canceled within 7 days of arrival without legitimate reason will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total price of the reservation (excl. cleaning fees and accommodation tax).

No-Show Policy: Bookings of guests that have failed to turn up for their stay (no-show) without advance notification and/or without legitimate reason will be regarded as same-day cancellations and will incur a cancellation fee equal to the total price of the reservation (excl. cleaning fees and accommodation tax).

Grace Period: No fees are charged for bookings canceled within 24 hours of booking.

Advance Cancellation: No fees are charged for bookings canceled 8 weeks or earlier before arrival.
Concerning bookings that have been made via an online travel agency (OTA) like Booking.com, Expedia or Agoda, it is possible that policies differing from the above-mentioned conditions will be applied in case of cancellation, so please confirm your cancellation policy by reviewing the booking confirmation provided to you by each OTA respectively. If you are unsure of your cancellation policy, you may of course also contact us and we will be happy to assist.
